Misión
La misión de UMBAST es la promoción de educación de alta calidad y culturalmente sensible y de la promoción de programas de fortaleza de capacidad para los proveedores del cuidado de salud y agencias que proveen servicios de prevención del VIH y atención clínica en la región fronteriza de EE. UU. y México; y para servir como el organismo coordinador para proveer colaboraciones concentradas a través de planificar en conjunto, compartir recursos y evaluar las actividades fronteriza de AETC.
