Interfaith

	The Global AIDS Interfaith Alliance An organization that works to prevent HIV/AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa by working with religious and spiritual communities in high prevalence areas.

Buddhism

	Reflections on Death and Dying, Buddhist Hospice Directory, and HIV/AIDS Projects Includes international Buddhist hospice directory, issues related to death and dying, and information on Buddhist involvement in HIV prevention and care.
	Zen Hospice Project A program of the San Francisco Zen Center which includes volunteer services, residential care, and trainings.

Christianity

	The Ark of Refuge Provides training and outreach to church leaders in African-American communities in the San Francisco Bay Area and Western United States. Also provides services to community members affected by HIV.
	The Balm in Gilead Operates an HIV/AIDS technical assistance center designed specifically to serve churches as well as public agencies and community-based organizations that wish to work with churches on AIDS issues as they relate to the African-American, African, and Caribbean communities.
	The Black Church and HIV/AIDS Web page with links news, features, church statements, and worship resources related to African Americans, the church, and HIV/AIDS. Page hosted by the United Methodist Church.
	Catholic Agency for Overseas Development The English and Welsh arm of Caritas Internationalis , a worldwide network of Catholic relief and development organizations. Works in partnership on over 1000 programs worldwide, including HIV/AIDS programs is Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe.
	Catholic Medical Mission Board U.S.-based Catholic-sponsored philanthropic organization that focuses exclusively on providing healthcare to people in need worldwide. Programs include HIV/AIDS initiatives.
	Christian Aid An agency of the churches in the UK and Ireland, funds many HIV/AIDS-related programs, most of which are in sub-Saharan Africa. Christian Aid also encourages partner organizations to incorporate an HIV/AIDS focus into other aspects of their development work.
	Dignity/USA Dignity/USA's National AIDS Project works with national AIDS organizations to both add a GLBT Catholic perspective and to provide information to local chapters.
	National Catholic AIDS Network Devoted to helping the Church respond in an informed and compassionate manner to the challenges presented by the HIV/AIDS pandemic. Website includes numerous resources, however organization closed its offices in 2007.
	National Episcopal AIDS Coalition Educates Episcopalians about HIV/AIDS issues, advocates for the physical, emotional, and spiritual health of all people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
	Universal Fellowship of Metropolitan Community Churches Addressing the spiritual needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgendered community around the world. Includes a global AIDS ministry.
	World Council of Churches Documents on Christian responses to HIV/AIDS.

Islam

	Al-Fatiha Foundation Dedicated to Muslims who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, questioning, those exploring their sexual orientation or gender identity, and their allies, families and friends. Works with HIV/AIDS organizations in various cities to include concerns of Muslims who are gay, bisexual or MSM, to ensure that an Islamic approach to the HIV/AIDS epidemic is incorporated in the wider HIV/AIDS movement.
	Health Education through Religion Series A discussion of the role of religion and ethics in the prevention and control of AIDS, from a Muslim point of view. From the World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean. Site includes Arabic version.
	Islam and HIV/AIDS Project Works with partner NGOs to train Islamic leaders in Mauritania to talk to their constituents about HIV/AIDS using references to Islamic teachings.
	Positive Muslims Provides HIV prevention and support services for the South African Muslim community.

Judaism

	International Jewish AIDS Memorial Day (Lev Ba'Omer) Lev Ba'Omer is observed the day before the festival of Lag Ba'Omer between Passover and Shavuot. This modern ritual was created by Jewish AIDS Network (Chicago.)
