Section 508 Web Portal The Center for Information Technology Accommodation (CITA), in the U.S. General Services Administration's Office of Governmentwide Policy. Section 508 is the law requiring that Federal agencies' electronic and information technology is accessible to people with disabilities. This has many implications for federally funded Web sites.
