State HIV Testing Laws Compendium Online Description:The State HIV Testing Laws Compendium describes key HIV testing laws and policies by state. Each state's HIV testing laws are unique and many have been revised since the release of the CDC's 2006 HIV testing guidelines. The Compendium is designed to help clinicians understand HIV testing laws and to implement sound HIV testing policies. It should not, however, be used as an official legal document.
