The CoE's mission is to provide leadership, capacity building, professional training, policy advocacy, research development, and resources to increase access to culturally competent HIV prevention services for transgender people in California. The planned website will be an important vehicle for communication and information dissemination.

We anticipate that the audience for the Transgender HIV Prevention CoE will include researchers, service providers, clinicians, and the community.
