Writing Good Learning Objectives PDF [260 KB] Description:This Technical Implementation Guide provides guidance on writing learning objectives as a means to develop effective training materials. According to the guide, a learning objective is a statement of what the learner will know, understand, or be able to do as a result of engaging in a learning activity and writing good learning objectives can provide a strong foundation for training programs.
