This booklet provides information about how people living with HIV can best manage and live with this disease The booklet is divided into the following sections: 1) medical information about HIV transmission and treatment, including what to expect at doctor visits; 2) prevention information about how to protect yourself and others including partner notification; and 3) building support systems, including how to access financial assistance and maintain confidentiality.

One reviewer said that this brochure is so supportive that it actually shows you "what to look forward to, in a positive way" when you find out you are infected.
