Number of AETC Training Hours Since July 1, 2000 The AIDS Education and Training Centers (AETCs) have a strong track record of training providers to care for patients with HIV/AIDS. This counter estimates the total number of participant- hours of training provided by the AETCs since July 1, 2000 for all levels of training. This should not be construed as an exact count or an actual report. For a final data report see Data Reports on this site. The counter operates using an algorithm based upon data from the National Evaluation AETC.
