Ordering InstructionsThank you for your interest in the 2006 edition of the Clinical Manual for
Management of the HIV-Infected Adult. We are pleased to offer 1-2 free copies; however, you as the receiver will be
responsible for shipping and handling fees. Please note that each copy of the manual
weighs approximately 3 lbs. Bulk OrdersIf you would like more than two copies of the manual, additional copies can be purchased for $15.68 per manual, plus shipping fees. Manuals are pre-packed in boxes of nine; when possible please order bulk quantities in multiples of nine. An invoice will be provided for bulk orders for those needed to set up purchase orders through their organization. The details for receiving printed copies are outlined below. Options for Shipping- UPS: If you have a UPS account, please provide us with your account
number and reference number. We will arrange for pick-up and delivery, as
UPS is an approved vendor of UMDNJ.
- Credit Card for UPS: UPS also offers the option to bill the
receiver via credit card. Please provide an American Express, Diner's Club,
Discover, MasterCard, or Visa account number, along with expiration date, to
Sherry Williams at willias3@umdnj.edu
or 973-972-9228.
- FedEx/DHL: If you have a FedEx/DHL account, you must arrange for your own
pick-up and delivery through the FedEx/DHL website. Please be sure to send the
shipping label(s) for your package(s) to the NRC via e-mail or fax, addressed to Shery Williams at willias3@umdnj.edu or 973-972-9228.
- Other: If you do not have a UPS or FedEx account through your
organization, personal checks and money orders will be accepted for shipment
through USPS Priority Mail. Each manual weighs about 3 lbs and shipping fees
will be based upon the USPS shipping calculator online. Manuals will be
mailed upon receipt of your payment.
