Brief Synopsis of NRC Consumer Reviews: Reviewers found the booklet to be "realistic," "encouraging," and "effective." One reviewer said, "It really makes you think about your health and your babies health." Another reviewer commented that the booklet provides information on a difficult topic in a "hopeful" manner, helping the reader to understand that "you (they) are not the only one in this situation." According to reviewers, the booklet may help make the decision to get tested for HIV less frightening.
