The Honorable Ronald Dellums to Head Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS: DHHS Secretary, Donna E. Shalala, has announced ten new members and sixteen reappointments to the Presidential Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS. The new Council Chair is the Honorable Ronald Dellums, a former member of the U.S. Congress from California.
