Newspaper Reports Fraud in Inmate Medical Test [Baltimore Sun, July 8, 2000, pg 2A]: This is an incredible story uncovered by the San Francisco Chronicle. BCL Clinical Labs did serologic tests for seven California prisons before it was shut down in 1997. The inspection showed that workers simply made up test results and typed them into the computer. posted 7/19/2000
