National Quality Center Program DescriptionSince its inception in 2004, the National Quality Center (NQC) has provided leadership and support in quality improvement for Ryan White Program-funded grantees nationwide. Funded through a cooperative agreement by the HRSA HIV/AIDS Bureau with the New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute, NQC was founded to nationally meet the needs of Ryan White Program grantees, across all Parts and providers, for technical assistance in quality improvement. SharingNQC shares many quality improvement resources through multiple channels.  | NationalQualityCenter.org hosts comprehensive, up-to-date quality management resources for HIV providers as well as consumers and currently features over 180 documents. The website also lists many quality improvement activities and programs NQC offers to grantees. |  |  | NQC exhibits at key HIV conferences to distribute quality management materials and meet with providers and other stakeholders. |  |  | NQC promotes its activities to grantees through a monthly newsletter and other direct mailing efforts. TrainingNQC provides several training and educational fora on a wide array of quality-related topics.  | National technical assistance calls are provided on a wide array of quality improvement topics, and recordings are posted on NQC website. |  |  | The NQC Quality Academy offers over 30 tutorials on various subjects in quality improvement. These tutorials are narrated and interactive thereby enhancing the learning experience. Several of these tutorials are available in Spanish. |  |  | NQC has developed several training programs to build capacity for quality management training and skill development in quality improvement, including:
